And thus ends one of my favorite series, ultimately coming full circle, it what I think is a satisfying conclusion. I'm strangely reminded of Le Chevalier D'Eon's ending, although I'm not really sure why. Now that was an acid trip.

I'm curious to see where the Picture Dramas will go and if there'll be a movie (yes, I know Okouchi said that's the end for Geass, but technically a retelling in the form of a movie could fill in some gaps).

Also, the Macross F ending really angered me, despite looking extremely pretty. It basically threw out every plot progression and character development in order to achieve. I'm still looking forward to the movie though in hopes that it'll provide an actual conclusion and kill Ranka off

In terms of real life, college is awesome, but I should write a paper and get it over with. Yeah.

Why is it whenever I try to do something proactive, I physically suffer for it? Since coming to college I've a) been hit square in the nose, b) hit in the head with metal crossbar (and have a humongous lump to show for it, or c) gotten caught up in a crazy pseudo-hurricane Screw you, Hurricane Hanna DX the day I decide to go canvassing. Also, I've only gotten five hours of sleep in the past 24+ hours, but that part was my fault.

On the upside, I haven't had any concussions, fractures, or broken bones and I'm having a great time apart from that! And committing acts of treason! Yay treason! :D

I just finished moving into my door yesterday! It looks good except for this random white wall which was probably once a fireplace. I'm very tempted to put a actual photo of a fireplace over the spot to give my room some more atmosphere. Also, word to the wise, protect your head when you're playing flashlight games D: Someone's head (ear, actually) bashed into my nose. I think my nose is fine though since it looks okay, although it feels like there's a bruise, and the cartilage probably lessened the impact.

Just wanted to say that I'm the one who first said that Nunnally and co. were chillin' out on "Clovis' party island." For the record >.>

Oh, and looking at the magazine summary for 22, could the "place of his [Lelouch's] memories" be the Aries Imperial Palace?

No spoilers here, but the episode was :Db The epic BGM was great and Crazyzaku rocks my socks. Also, a scene in the opening slightly changed: at the end of the OP, Lelouch originally reaches upwards to a blue sky. Now the sky is dark, but slightly starry.

Discovering that there's a gelato shop directly across from my apartment is completely amazing. It's groundbreaking, actually, since they have Chocolate Hazelnut flavor just like Nutella!. A lot of young people older than me hang out there too. It's a nice vibe. Serves to prove why cities walk all over rural towns.

My housing leaders want everybody at my RC to get a facebook and being the lazy bum I am, I'm slowly putting my page together. My Dad, though, keeps insisting that I work on it. Whenever I'm on my computer now, he starts asking me whether I've been working on it and, if not, why haven't I been? >_> He's turning a social network site into a homework assignment. I'm assuming this is some bizarre side effect of empty nest syndrome. My Mom, meanwhile, is frequently recounting tales of my childhood that have no point nor Aesopian moral to them. Or relate to the situation at hand. Frankly, it's scaring me.

Pineapple Express was awesome, even the second time yes, I saw it twice. They should've played Paper Planes in the film though. If you haven't seen it and like stoner action flicks (<--not an oxymoron), then you'll definitely like this. In the meantime, I can't wait for Burn After Reading.

Blargh. I just received a letter from my university's health department stating my health records didn't pass their inspection and are threatening to rescind my application because, get this, I waited 26 days, instead of 27 days between getting my Hepatitis B shots...twelve years ago. TWELVE YEARS AGO. How am I supposed to remedy that?!

I called my doctor and he just laughed about this. That would be the appropriate response rather than rejecting someone's college application over a day's difference. This must be cosmic irony. The gods are laughing. At the moment, I'm relatively calm about it considering things like this happen to me often: car breaking down first day of finals, calculator breaking at the start of the calculator-only section of the AP Calc exam, etc.


I'll probably have to take the shot over again >_>

I'm currently typing this from my iPhone :D I just noticed the other day that the second opening of everyone's favorite series wasn't as happy as I initially perceived it to be. Before, I had believed that everyone, sans Gino, who appeared was smiling. However, rewatching the video, I saw that Lelouch's face, before the Geass eye was zoomed in on, turned dark for a split-second. His pleasant smile turned into that of a grimace. I'm hoping wondering if this is a sign of dark things to come. I'll update this later with photographic evidence.

Tomorrow's the day for officially signing up for classes. I'm worried that I'll end up overloading myself again like I did in high school. For instance, a typical day for me was six classes, no lunch in favor of studying, two hours of sports (extracurriculars), five hours of homework, finished off with a maximum of six hours of sleep. Weekends were for my community service projects, games, and sometimes, commissioned paintings. Let's not forget even more homework on top of that. The point is, I don't know how to relax. I'm afraid I'm following in the vein of my father who works every day, excluding Sundays, from six AM until one AM. My current mock schedule has me completing 17-18 credits by the end of the first semester D: I seriously need to learn how to take a break.

And thus ends my first blog-by-phone post.

I...I got an iPhone XD Words cannot describe how happy I feel.

Rewind to a few days ago: I was going to have to change from my current service provider since their service fails royally where I'm going to be go to college next year. AT&T was the most reliable service provider in the area--My Dad, out of the blue, tells me if we're going to change providers, I might as well get an iPhone.

Coming from my Dad, this is epic, especially considering he's the one who (cruelly) taunted me, telling me if I got into Harvard, he would buy me an iPhone (this being cruel since I didn't even apply there >_>; other Ivies, yes, Harvard, not so much). He also told me to get one for my mother. He's been oddly generous lately and I have no idea why. On a typical day, he reminds me a lot of Mr. Krabs (from Spongebob), since he pitches a fit whenever we spend any amount of money. One meal a day from McDonalds = good in his book D: Whatever. Never look a gift horse in the mouth!

My old phone was having massive issues, too. I could only get my voicemail a week after it had been initially recorded; Even receiving the messages was an iffy process. The iPhone is absolutely a work of art in comparison. However, I'm really tired because I have been standing in line for the phone since 6 am. I think I only got two hours of sleep though since I went to bed at 2 am and woke up at 4 am, no thanks to my Dad, who was playing with my printer in my room. I should probably take a nap...

Oh, and R2 16 was awesome. I love Suzaku, but that was awesome. Go Kallen~ And Luciano is my new hero. ILU, my psycho dagger prince And there was Gino, Anya, and Lloyd screentime as well!~~~

When I was in the car today, I came up with some great crack theories for R2 (what other show would I do this for :P). Anyway, I'm just going to list them since they're theories/speculations I came up with without reading any spoilers whatsoever.

1) Anya is actually a Geass-giver and Gino is her contractee. Or vice-versa.

2) Anya is a clone created from the cells of Marianne, Euphie, and Clovis respectively. Something happened to their bodies!

3) The ending will have Lelouch as an immortal geass-giver asking some random person if they want to make a contract in exchange for granting one of his wishes

4) When Nunnally opens her eyes, it'll be to a scene of absolute destruction. And a dead murderous Rolo.

5) Charles is trying to obtain immortality to revive Marianne.

Also, random thought, but I finally remembered what the OP scene where all of the characters are flying past reminded me of! A shoujo anime! The final curtain call, where after the end of a play, all the actors come out for a final bow. That's kind of depressing :/

Have you ever gone and done something completely out of the norm? Like exercising in a weight room at 10:30 at night because you felt like it? I just did and it was wonderful~ I feel wired now though...

Also, I should do a GinoXAnya doujin after I finish my canon-fest. I don't care that I'm a lazy bum, I should totally do it! *goes back to watching TV*
